Their Beginnings

Bath By Bettijo, LLC, was created by Bettijo B. Hirschi, who became interested in health and beauty as a respite from her demanding career life. Bettijo began her career as a project analyst in Washington, D.C. She quickly noticed her schedule filling and her personal time, alone and with her husband, dwindling.

In the small kitchen of a high-rise apartment, Bettijo handmade her first bar of soap. She was thrilled with her creation and immersed herself in all the books and research she could find about natural body care treatments. On weekends Bettijo would experiment with new bath and body recipes on herself, on her husband, on a friend. In fact, friends loved escaping to Bettijo's home spa parties and indulging in the latest creation.

This home spa obsession sprouted into the Bath By Bettijo collection, which launched in November 2003. Since becoming a mother in January 2005, Bettijo has continued to expand the collection to include all-natural baby care products to pamper even the smallest member of the family.

They have designed a line of natural and handmade soaps, toiletries, and aromatherapy that fit easily and magnify your typical Body Care routine to help you Go Beyond Ordinary. They believe our handmade, natural bath and body treatments and handmade soap will make even the busiest person feel pampered and rejuvenated ... right there in your own shower.

Their Products

Each product is handmade just for you with quality natural ingredients. Their products are formulated with pure essential oils, distinctive blends of fragrances, and some of the best ingredients Mother Nature has to offer, such as shea butter, mango butter, cocoa butter, jojoba, olive oil, sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, soybean oil, and dead sea salt. They also use a variety of herbs and botanicals. Their handmade, natural bath and body products are effectively preserved with the gentlest ingredients available to us.

They respect all living creatures and therefore do not test any of our products on animals.
